Hamza Al-Ghatam has a wealth of work experience that spans from 2006 to 2020. In 2006, they began working as a Researcher (Information Security) at the Network Research Group at the University of Plymouth. In 2014, they Co-Founded 3D Expértos, where they developed the Company's strategy and led the implementation of their long and short term plans. In 2005, they founded PicassoHouse.co.uk, helping businesses develop, improve and be successful by delivering inspired actionable ideas and strategies. Most recently, in 2020, they Co-Founded FACEKI, leading an innovative tech team and overseeing the development of digital biometric-based technologies powered by AI/ML.

Hamza Al-Ghatam completed a BEng Software Engineer at the University of Bradford from 2002 to 2005. Hamza then went on to earn an MSc Information Security & Cybercrime Investigation from the University of Plymouth in 2006.
