Elena C. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Elena is currently the People & Culture Director at Facephi since May 2023. Elena is also a Partner at EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s since January 2023. In 2021, Elena worked as a Professor for the Superior Agile Management Program at UA - Universidad de Alicante / Universitat d'Alacant. Elena C. has a diverse education history. In 2000, they attended the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, where they obtained a diploma in Relaciones Laborales (Labor Relations) with a specialization in RRHH (Human Resources). In 2003, they attended FUNDESEM and earned a Master's degree in RRHH (Human Resources).
