Patty McCarthy is the Chief Executive Officer of Faces & Voices of Recovery since January 2015, responsible for achieving organizational mission and financial goals while implementing strategic plans set by the Board. Prior to this role, McCarthy served as Senior Associate and Deputy Project Director at the Center for Social Innovation from August 2013 to December 2015, overseeing project direction and quality of work for the BRSS TACS initiative. McCarthy also held the position of Executive Director at Friends of Recovery-Vermont for a decade, where significant budget growth and the development of recovery community centers and coaching programs were achieved. McCarthy holds a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the College of St. Joseph and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Castleton State College.
