James Reynes

James Reynes, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with significant experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Facet since April 2022, James previously held the position of Engineer - EIT Discipline Lead at Blueline from June 2018 to March 2022, and worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Denizen Development Group between June 2017 and May 2018. Areas of expertise include cost estimating, construction contracts, bid evaluation, and site development. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, earned from 2014 to 2018.
