Applications Engineer at Facet

Jeremy Francis is an applications engineer at Facet. Prior to joining Facet, they worked as a policy consultant for the HR Policy and Employee Relations Unit at OSCE. In this role, they reviewed OSCE HR policies and supported the development, formulation, and/or adaptation of OSCE HR policies. Jeremy also conducted research on the regulations, rules, policies, and procedures available in comparable international organisations, especially those within the UN Common System. Additionally, they developed procedures and guidelines in consultation with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency with the Organisation's legislative framework, and management objectives, in order to support programme delivery, and promote efficiency and effectiveness in HR practices.

Jeremy Francis has a Master of Laws from Tilburg University in Labour Law and Employment Relations, as well as a second Master of Laws from the same school in International and European Law. Jeremy also has courses from an MBA program in Business Administration and Management from Webster Leiden Campus, and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from Webster Vienna Private University. Their undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Webster Leiden Campus, and they have an Undergraduate Certificate in International Human Rights from the same school. Finally, they have a Certificate of Higher Education in Biomedical Sciences, General, from Newcastle University.

Their manager is Natalie Conklin, VP, Engineering. They are on a team with Dovydas Sabonis - Senior Software Engineer, James White - Software Engineer, and Andrew Fisher - Senior Software Engineer.
