Keith Gipson

Keith Gipson is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT solutions. As the Founder and CEO of facil.ai since April 2020, Gipson leads an AI/ML company focused on advanced supervisory control for HVAC systems. Prior to this, Gipson co-founded and served as CTO at Phoenix Energy Technologies, where a significant IoT solution, EnterpriseDX, was developed. Gipson has also held leadership roles in various companies, including co-founding ShieldOps Inc., an AI-driven program for law enforcement, and Impact Facility Solutions, focused on energy management software. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking from Keller Graduate School of Management and an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
