Anneleen Klaps

Anneleen Klaps has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Anneleen started their career at Stradus Infra in 2010, where they worked a summer job. In 2012, they joined bpost as an intern, where they focused on client orientation in the postal sector and developed training materials. Anneleen then became a Young STARter at bpost, working as an HR Support Consultant. In this role, they worked on various projects related to health management, internal communication, and recruitment. In 2013, they transitioned to Facil, where they began as an HR Coordinator, providing support to international branches and working on HR projects. Anneleen later became an HR Manager for Facil branches in several European countries, while also serving as a System & Process Expert for all HR-related matters for Facil Global.

Anneleen Klaps started their education at Harlindis en Relindis College Heilig Kruis - Sint-Ursula Maaseik from 2001 to 2007, where they studied Modern Languages and Sciences. Anneleen then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economic Sciences at UHasselt from 2007 to 2011. After completing their Bachelor's degree, they enrolled at Antwerp Management School in 2011 and graduated in 2012 with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, specializing in Human Resources Development.
