Jimmy Manno

Jimmy Manno is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the retail and media sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Facilisgroup since March 2021, Jimmy previously held the role of Director of Corporate Marketing at the same company. From April 2005 to March 2021, Jimmy worked at Soft Surroundings as the Brand Marketing and Public Relations Manager, acting as the primary media liaison for the company, which operates 80 retail stores and employs over 1,400 workers. Additionally, Jimmy managed operations across several departments as Operations Manager during previous tenure at Soft Surroundings, achieving record metrics in labor application and service levels. Earlier in the career at Emmis Communications, Jimmy served as Executive Producer and On-Air Radio Personality for the nationally-syndicated Steve & DC Radio Show, leading the show to multiple #1 Arbitron ratings. Jimmy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Webster University.
