Ben Bauert

Ben Bauert is the CEO of Facilitate, a digital experiential training platform established in 2016 that enhances the effectiveness of learning and training professionals. In the same year, Ben graduated from the Founder Institute's Perth Winter accelerator program with Unleashed VR. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial & Marketing Consultant at Australian Premium Iron JV and as a China Liaison & Associate at Minter Ellison. Ben served as a Committee Member & Secretary for the WA Energy & Resources Committee of the Australia China Business Council and worked as a Lawyer & Client Liaison within the China Business Group at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Additionally, Ben spent time as a Lawyer at Summers Legal. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Hult International Business School, a Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional, and a combined LLB/BA from The University of Notre Dame Australia, along with studies at Beijing Language and Culture University.
