21 YEARS IN THE CAFM INDUSTRY! As you can imagine, the technology changes we have seen in those years have been wonderful to be a part of! To watch the industry go from single desktop solutions to mobile and cloud technology has been exciting!

Since 1993, the underlying objective at Facilitec has always been to represent the client's interest to the best of our ability. We love to push technology to constantly improve the tools we supply to our clients.

With today's technology, we have streamlined our approach so we can bring a 'Best Practice' solution to the greater masses. We offer a fully outsourced service subscription that includes your SaaS software, as well as the maintenance and management of your system. Although smaller organizations find our fully outsourced service subscription the answer to their quest for a FM management tool, larger organizations are also be attracted to this simplified approach of less is more.

We offer several software products and levels of service, from fully supported outsourced solutions, to complete CAFM / IWMS systems utilizing Manahattan CenterStone, Archibus and EvolveFM that can be hosted on the cloud or internally.

Our outsourced program enables facility managers to take full advantage of a CAFM platform, without the need to procure software or maintain or support a specialized CAFM or IT staff. Users simply log onto the secure service via desktop, laptop or mobile web browser to access their drawings, data and reports in an intuitive, easy to use interface.
