Ernest Wan is currently the Director of Pricing at Facility Association, having begun in this role in 2023. They previously held managerial positions at Intact and senior roles at RSA and Aviva Canada, where they contributed to personal lines pricing and actuarial analysis. Ernest became a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society in 2013 and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries in 2014. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2008.
