Kim Ferrari has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Facility Performance Consulting since February 2015. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Senior Associate at Merrill Lynch from April 2001 to May 2013. Kim obtained a degree from Oregon State University between 1994 and 1998.
