Anita Hoskins

Anita Hoskins has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and property development sectors. Anita currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Frasers Property Australia, a leading property group with a global presence. Prior to this, Anita served as the General Manager at Real Utilities, a Climate Active-certified organization providing carbon-neutral energy solutions.

Anita also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Carnival Australia, a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation & plc, the world's largest leisure travel company. Anita has experience in various finance and accounting roles at Broadspectrum, a diversified services organization, and Brookfield Properties, a global asset manager.

Before their corporate roles, Anita worked as a Senior Manager at EY, where they gained expertise in audit and assurance, primarily in the financial services industry. Anita began their career as an intern at EY.

Anita Hoskins has a strong education background in accounting. Anita obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minor in Spanish from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Anita then pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting from the J.M. Tull School of Accounting at the same university. Additionally, they completed a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, earning a GAICD certification. Anita also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Georgia Secretary of State.
