We provide HVAC, plumbing, controls, equipment testing and chiller service exclusively to Commercial and Industrial clients. We pay 100% tuition for any course, school or class our technicians wish to attend and have sent many people through manufacturer courses, chiller schools and 4 year degree programs.      We diagnose, service, repair and replace the following types of equipment: Large RTU’s, VAV’s, VFD’s, boilers, all sizes and types of chillers including air cooled over 100 tons, all centrifugal and screw chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, heaters, exhaust fans, air compressors, make-up air units, fan powered boxes, controls and building automation.  We also do  equipment testing and analysis including balance vibration testing, laser shaft alignment and ultrasound scanning.
