Jack Martin is a seasoned professional in revenue operations, currently serving as the Manager of Revenue Operations at iLobby® Facility & Visitor Management since July 2022. In this role, Jack collaborates with various teams across go-to-market (GTM), Finance, and Product to enhance system connectivity, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights into iLobby's revenue engine. Prior to this position, Jack worked at Perkbox from September 2017 to July 2022, initially as a Customer Happiness Executive and later as a Data Analyst, where responsibilities included creating analyses and visualizations focused on the sales pipeline, overseeing Salesforce reporting, and maintaining CRM data integrity. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Change & International Development and a Bachelor of Science in Archaeological Science, both from The University of Sheffield.
