Besmir Gogu

Besmir Gogu is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Facilization since January 2019, where responsibilities include proactive planning of internal and cloud infrastructure, maintenance of hardware and software, and management of access control according to security protocols. Previously, Gogu held the position of Head of Value Added Services, Data & Terminals Section at Telekom Albania from October 2009 to December 2018, overseeing workflow and service development while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Earlier experience includes a role as a Prepaid & IN Engineer at Telekom Albania and a Support Engineer for Prepaid/SMSC Charging Solutions at Intracom Telecom. Educational qualifications include a BA in Computer Science and Economics from the American University in Bulgaria, along with several specialized attendance certificates in telecommunications.
