Marcelo Pachani

Marcelo Pachani is currently the Head of People Operations at Facily. Prior to this, they were the People Operations Manager at Buser Brasil from February 2021 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as the Payroll Coordinator at Ambev from September 2019 to February 2021. From March 2017 to September 2019, Pachani worked as the Senior Personnel Analyst at Grupo ZAP. From November 2016 to March 2017, they were an Analyst at ORGATEC ORG TECN CONTABIL S S LTDA. Pachani began their career as an Analyst at Fernando, Nagao, Cardone, Alvarez Jr & Advogados from January 2013 to May 2014.
