Plinio Esmerio

Plinio Esmerio is the current head of products at Facily. Plinio has also served as the director of technology and head of tech products at Facily from September 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were the software engineering executive manager at Via from September 2020 to September 2021. Plinio also served as the head of engineering LatAm at Dafiti from May 2018 to September 2020. Plinio began their career as a tech lead at 99 in August 2017 and served in that role until May 2018.

Plinio Esmerio has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Universidade de São Paulo and a degree in gestão de TI from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

Plinio Esmerio works with Marcos Rodolpho - Head of Product Operations, Marcella Macedo - Head of Business Assurance, and Sahelê Montoza de Oliveira Felicio - Head of Legal. Their manager is Diego Dzodan, Co-Founder & CEO.
