Aakash Katdare

Aakash Katdare is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Risk at Facio since July 2025. Before this role, Aakash held positions at Robinhood as a Credit Risk specialist for Credit Cards, and at Willa as Head of Risk and Chief Risk Officer. Aakash's tenure at Nubank included roles such as Sr Director of Analytics, where leadership was provided to analytical organizations across five product areas, and Head of Credit for International Expansions, focusing on market entry strategies. Aakash also founded and led multiple squads within Nubank, significantly contributing to infrastructure and credit strategy development. Aakash started the career at HSBC as an Analyst and has held positions at Capital One, progressively advancing from Senior Analyst to Manager. Aakash earned a B.Tech and M.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
