Brittany Wearing, MPH, CHES, serves as the Health Services Manager, College Campus Coordinator, and Capacity Building Specialist at Fact Forward since August 2016, focusing on capacity building for teen pregnancy prevention programs in Orangeburg and Aiken counties. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Allen University, a Program Director/Health Education Prevention Specialist at Richland School District One, and a Senior Community Advocate at Palmetto Health. Additionally, Brittany contributed to health education research at the University of California San Francisco and provided academic and student support in the Educational Talent Search at the University of South Carolina. Brittany holds a Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the same institution.

Today, we are nationally recognized as a thought leader and innovator among teen pregnancy prevention organizations. The mission of Fact Forward is to improve the health and economic well-being of individuals, communities, and the state of South Carolina and beyond by preventing teen pregnancy and advancing adolescent reproductive health. To achieve its mission, Fact Forward works with a variety of programs - public, private, school and community-based - in all regions of the state.
