Debra Brackeen

Debra Brackeen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at Faction and as a Board Member for both Legacy Youth Leadership and Thirst Project, Brackeen also holds the position of Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at CSAA Insurance Group. Past roles include managing director positions at Citi, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Global Head of Innovation Network and heading incubation efforts, as well as significant contributions to Hewlett-Packard and eBay. Brackeen has demonstrated leadership through board roles at SV Forum and Astia, complementing a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Stanford University.
