Associate Director - Principal Chef at Factor_

Leonard Hollander has a significant career in the culinary industry. Leonard started in 2009 as the Executive Chef at Marion Street Cheese Market, where they managed culinary development, menu planning, and kitchen staff leadership. During their tenure, the restaurant received two consecutive Bib Gourmands from Michelin, three stars from the Green Chicago Restaurant Coalition, and multiple diner's choice awards. In 2014, Leonard opened their own restaurant, Arbor, in Logan Square, Chicago, where they served as the Executive Chef, Owner, and Operator. The fine dining establishment and catering operation garnered multiple awards under their management.
