Mareike Wagner

Mareike Wagner currently serves as the Associate Director of FSQA (Quality) at Factor_ since June 2025. Previously, Mareike held the position of Head of Quality at HelloFresh from December 2023 to August 2025, overseeing operational quality assurance, leading a team of 15, and managing quality assurance processes and audits. Prior experience includes serving as the Leitung QS-Fertigware at FRoSTA AG, where responsibilities involved managing production quality and compliance with international standards. Additional roles include quality assurance positions at Steinemann Convenience GmbH & Co. KG, Labor Dr. Melzer GmbH, and Deutsche See GmbH, where Mareike focused on various aspects of quality control and analysis. Mareike possesses a Master of Science in Biotechnology and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences.
