Neha P.

Neha P. is a seasoned marketing and product management professional with extensive experience in diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Factor for Business at Factor_ since October 2025, Neha previously held various marketing leadership roles at ChowNow from May 2022 to October 2025, including Director of Marketing and Director of Product Marketing. Further experience includes a position as Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Peloton Interactive and progression through multiple marketing positions at Sabra Dipping Company, from Associate Director to Brand Manager, between August 2015 and March 2021. Neha's early career features brand management internships at Procter & Gamble and financial analysis at Fannie Mae, complemented by management consulting roles at Accenture. Neha holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emory University, and is a graduate of McDonogh School.
