Pete Balodimas

Pete Balodimas is a highly experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at Factor_ since January 2021, Pete previously held the position of VP of Culinary at Ditka's Restaurant Group from April 2019 to January 2021. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Factor 75, Corporate Chef at Rosebud Restaurants, and Divisional Executive Chef at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, among others. Pete's expertise spans several leading culinary establishments, with significant tenure in executive chef roles at Garces Restaurant Group, Fox Restaurant Concepts, and Quince. Pete began culinary training at Kendall College, where an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training was earned, following general studies at Glenbard West High School.
