David Yazbeck is a highly experienced professional who has transitioned from being a workers' legal advocate in private practice for 29 years to becoming the Director Collective Bargaining and Compensation Services at Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada. With a background in law and a passion for labour rights, David also holds various roles in organizations such as the Workers' History Museum, The Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings, and CARFAC. Additionally, David has a background in arts and music, having served as a Producer and Host at CKCU FM and as a member of the Ottawa Folk Festival's Board of Directors. David's dedication to human rights and ethics is evident through their involvement in the Human Research Ethics Committee.
