Aylen Gomez Ovejero has a diverse range of work experience. Aylen has worked as a Talent Development Coach at Factored, where they focused on enhancing employee development in soft skills and leadership. At Toptal, they served as a Talent Coach, providing ongoing coaching support and advice to talent on job search strategies, interviewing techniques, project management, and professionalism. As a Wellness Coach and Mindfulness Facilitator at nClouds, Aylen implemented a tailored Mindfulness Program to reduce stress and increase productivity. Aylen also provided individual coaching sessions to team members. Aylen Gomez Ovejero completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba between 2009 and 2015. In 2018, they attended Mindful NZ Schools and obtained a Mindfulness Facilitator certification. From 2020 to 2021, Aylen pursued an ACTP Professional Coach and Team Manager certification from the International Coaching Federation. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Mindfulness from Universidad de Zaragoza, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
