Aylen Gomez Ovejero

Aylen Gomez Ovejero has a diverse range of work experience. Aylen has worked as a Talent Development Coach at Factored, where they focused on enhancing employee development in soft skills and leadership. At Toptal, they served as a Talent Coach, providing ongoing coaching support and advice to talent on job search strategies, interviewing techniques, project management, and professionalism. As a Wellness Coach and Mindfulness Facilitator at nClouds, Aylen implemented a tailored Mindfulness Program to reduce stress and increase productivity. Aylen also provided individual coaching sessions to team members. At Upwork, Aylen held multiple roles, including an Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist and a Senior Recruitment Specialist, where they assisted in IT recruitment and filled various positions within the company. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Manager at Potentia specialist IDT recruitment firm, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for candidates in the Product Development space. Before that, Aylen worked as a Support Teacher at "El Arbol" & "COPRIN. Developmental Disorder Institutes, where they provided assistance to children and young people with disabilities. Aylen also gained experience as a Clinical Psychologist in private practice, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients with various disorders. Finally, Aylen worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Grupo Servicemen, where they provided human resources and outsourcing services.

Aylen Gomez Ovejero completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba between 2009 and 2015. In 2018, they attended Mindful NZ Schools and obtained a Mindfulness Facilitator certification. From 2020 to 2021, Aylen pursued an ACTP Professional Coach and Team Manager certification from the International Coaching Federation. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Mindfulness from Universidad de Zaragoza, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
