Prior to this, they served as Chief Revenue Officer at Telescope Inc. from February 2012 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's strategy and business development initiatives.

During their tenure at ScopeBrasil, they launched a startup venture to identify and engage brands' most passionate fans on social media. Israel also orchestrated the Go-To-Market strategy to deliver projects for high-profile clients like Facebook, Twitter, Globo, The Olympic Committee, and others.
