Arianna Bazjak

Arianna Bazjak is an experienced client onboarding specialist currently serving as the Team Lead at Factorial since February 2024, where responsibilities include educating small to medium businesses and enterprises on the integration of the company's HR software platform. Prior to joining Factorial, Arianna worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at Forcontact Europe SA, managing e-commerce customer service for several Italian fashion companies. Arianna's earlier roles include serving as a Reservations and Sales Executive at Plava Laguna and working as an event assistant for prominent events such as Barcolana and ATP Croatia Open. Arianna holds a Master’s degree in European, American and Postcolonial Language and Literature from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
