Bernat Farrero

Bernat Farrero is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO with a strong focus on HR technology and startup ecosystem development. Since June 2016, Bernat has led Factorial HR, an innovative platform designed to streamline employee management and automate HR processes. In addition to founding Factorial, Bernat established Itnig, an early-stage seed fund and startup builder with over 12 business ventures across various sectors. Bernat also founded Quipu, which facilitates accounting automation for SMBs and successfully exited to private equity firm Providence. Other notable ventures include the founding of Camaloon, a company specializing in customizable printed products, and serving as a board member for several organizations, including Parkimeter, Andjoy, and Playfulbet. Bernat holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and participated in an Erasmus program at Università degli Studi di Brescia, focusing on International Economics.
