Carmen Madrazo

Carmen Madrazo has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Product Director of the Payroll and Time Management vertical at Factorial HR, a B2B SaaS start-up. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager and Product Maker for the same company. From 2016 to 2020, Carmen also worked as a part-time entrepreneur, combining their Civil Engineer work with creating online projects and acquiring skills in business analytics, digital marketing, sales, and web development. Before that, they worked as a MSc Civil Engineer at WSP, participating in the design of large-scale international projects and being a member of the Future Ready team. Carmen also served as a Research Assistant at IH Cantabria and as a Team Lead in the entrepreneurship program at CISE Centro Internacional Santander Emprendimiento + Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), where they led a team in developing a product and business model. Carmen also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, collecting and analyzing traffic data for a safety project.

Carmen Madrazo has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria, which they obtained from 2009 to 2014. Carmen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2012 to 2013. In 2018 and 2019, Carmen completed a Big Data & Business Analytics Executive Program at Escuela de Organización Industrial and pursued a Web Development program at freeCodeCamp. Additionally, they took online courses in Web Development and Data Analytics through Udemy Alumni from 2017 to 2019.
