Hugo Freitas

Hugo Freitas is currently an SDR Outbound at Factorial, having joined in September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Reservations staff and Waiter at Hotel Premium Porto Maia from October 2021 to April 2023, and internships in the food and beverage department at Hotel Indigo Brussels - City and Hilton. These internships focused on improving French language skills and developed competencies in event planning, customer interaction, and reservations management. Hugo's foundational education includes a degree in Restaurant and Catering Management from Instituto Politécnico do Porto, completed between 2017 and 2020.
