Jacob Ham is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Factory Connection, LLC since September 2017, Jacob has previously held roles including Director of Strategic Development, Director of Planning and Allocation, and Business Analyst, where data-driven decision-making and inventory optimization were pivotal to achieving record sales margins. Co-Owner of Allied Properties, a real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial rentals in north Alabama, Jacob also has experience as Sr. Project Manager at Southern Company, Program Manager/Release Train Engineer at EBSCO Information Services, and Product Manager at Daxko. An alumnus of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Jacob has demonstrated a consistent track record of enhancing operational efficiency and guiding strategic initiatives across various industries.
