Nadia B. is an accomplished Project Manager at Factory International since May 2013, leading MIF's Transition Programme to transform the organisation from a biennial arts festival to the operator of Factory International. Nadia collaborates with the MIF Executive team and MCC's Capital Team on fit-out, handover, and operational readiness. Previous roles include Executive Projects Coordinator at Factory International, managing significant projects such as Festival Square at MIF19 and MIF's transition to The Factory, and Finance Coordinator, overseeing budget management and financial processes. With experience as a Bookkeeper at The Loop CIC and Finance Assistant at Contact Theatre, along with a background in programming for children with special needs, Nadia has a diverse skill set. Educational qualifications include APM Project Management Qualification, ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business, and a BA(Hons) in Collaborative and Devised Theatre from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
