Rivca Burns has a wealth of experience in the music and event management industry. Currently serving as the Acting Head of Music and Festival Square Programme Curator at Factory International, Rivca has also worked as a Freelance Producer, Creative Director, and Creative Director for various organizations. With a background in English & American Literature from The Manchester Metropolitan University, Rivca has a strong passion for curating events and supporting musicians through residency programs.
