Chava Gleizer

Chava Gleizer has over 10 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Chava began their career in 2012 as an Office Administrator at Swedbank Lietuvoje. In 2014, they moved to Swedbank Lizingas as a Factoring Administration Specialist, where they initiated a project related to documents archiving and electronic signature installation. In 2016, they returned to Swedbank Lietuvoje as a Trade Finance Specialist, where they were responsible for working with Trade Finance Products, administrating Nordic invoices of guarantees, communicating with foreign banks and customers, and coordinating processes transfer from Nordic countries to Vilnius. Chava also participated in creating a Trade Finance program and LEAN trainings. In 2017, they moved to Danske Bank, where they held the roles of Trade Finance Specialist, Account Manager, and Trade Finance Specialist. Here, they were responsible for AML screening and was an ambassador for Lean. In 2019, they joined Factris Lietuva as Head of Baltics & Poland Operations, Head of Baltics Operations, and Head of LT Operations. Currently, they are Head of Group Operations at Factris.

Chava Gleizer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Vilnius University between 2011 and 2015. They then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Business Process Management from Vilnius University between 2016 and 2018. In addition, Chava Gleizer obtained a Business English Course Intermediate Part I certification from Language Club in October 2015, a Stress Management certification from Tinkamiausi Sprendimai in September 2015, and a Public Management Certification from the Public Management Department in February 2016.
