Robert Szasz

Robert Szasz serves as the Global Head of Security (CSO) and the Global Head of Commercial (SVP) for Supply Chain - Logistics at H&M Group, a position held since May 2015. With extensive experience in business strategy, leadership, and change management, Robert leads a commercial team responsible for optimizing various aspects of the supply chain, including warehouse development and risk management, while focusing on business value, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Previously, Robert held several senior roles within H&M Group, such as Global Head of Construction and Regional Manager for Global Expansion, overseeing significant projects across Europe and enhancing operational effectiveness. Prior experience includes key positions at Decathlon România, Lidl România, and REWE Group, where Robert successfully managed expansion strategies, negotiated contracts, and executed comprehensive development processes. Robert holds a Master's degree in Business Development and a Double Bachelor's degree in Economic Geography and Philology from Babes-Bolyai University.
