Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Director that will create and execute on the strategy for increasing brand awareness, demand generation and growth.

As a Marketing Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with Factry’s ambitions.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for marketing activities.
  • Evaluate your targets and ensure a constant flow of quality leads.
  • Track LTV, ARR, MQLs, conversion rates on a regular basis using CRM.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners.
  • Guard and promote the Factry brand identity through all channels.
  • Perform in-house competitor, and customer analyses to shape new initiatives.
  • Continuously test and optimize the existing marketing tactics.
  • Implement and expand our Marketing Automation.
  • Manage our partnership with a copywriter, a PR agency and other freelancers/agencies.
  • Streamline all communication in line with our brand strategy.

In your first year at Factry, you are prepared to get down to business and operationally help with implementing the strategy you created, while building a team to do the heavy lifting.

About you

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role in B2B SaaS.
  • You’re a strategic thinker, (are willing to) understand our market dynamics, and you don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
  • You can establish, measure, interpret and report on KPIs. You are driven by results.
  • You have a growth marketing mindset: experimentation and data-driven decision making are your thing. We’re all about data anyway.
  • You know your way in the marketing tool landscape and set them up on a basic level. We always have developers to do the hard coding when needed.
  • You’re insightful, pragmatic, and imaginative.
  • You’re fluent in English, both verbal and written.
