Mike Ziemski, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career as a Production Director at WSHH-FM in 1982 and later became a Program Director at WDUQ-FM, where they successfully transformed the station into a consistent format of news and jazz. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as a Public Affairs Director and On-Air Talent at WDSY-FM. Then, from 1993 to 1998, they served as a Sales/Service Consultant at Saturn (Day Automotive Group). Mike furthered their career by becoming the Director of Marketing & Development for the Diocese of Greensburg, where they led 17 Catholic schools in areas such as marketing, development, enrollment, and retention. Mike also simultaneously served as the Coordinator for the Scholarship Partners Foundation, raising annual funds for financial aid in Catholic schools. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hill University. Currently, Mike Ziemski is a Regional Vice President at FACTS, where they help schools within their territory improve their financial foundation and achieve their financial targets through a consultative approach.

Mike Ziemski, M.Ed. obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree specializing in Technologies Enhanced Learning & Instructional Design from Seton Hill University between the years 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed Education Certification Courses at Carlow University from 1984 to 1985, focusing on Secondary Education. Their undergraduate studies were conducted at Duquesne University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their major was Communications, while their minor was Music.
