Bahador Pazoki

Bahador Pazoki is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UX design and creative leadership. Currently serving as VP Associate Director of UX Design at FactSet since September 2022, Pazoki also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor in Visual Communication Design at the University of Hartford. As the Founder of EXO Design, LLC., established in 2017, Pazoki leads a multidisciplinary team in creating impactful digital experiences. Previous roles include Director of Digital Design & Experience at Cronin, where responsibilities encompassed user research and integrated marketing strategies, and VP Creative Director at Primacy, where significant growth and awards were achieved. Early career positions included leading creative efforts at DIGITAS, Acsys Interactive, and other firms, with a foundational education in Graphic Design from the University of Hartford and Norwich University of the Arts.
