Helen Shan

Ms. Helen Shan is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Revenue Officer at FactSet. In this role, she is responsible for global financial reporting and performance, financial operations, treasury, corporate development, pricing strategy, investor relations, as well as all aspects of FactSet's revenue performance, including the management of its global Sales organization and the execution of its go-to-market strategy. Previously, she was at Marsh and McLennan Companies where she served as its Treasurer and also as the CFO for Mercer. Prior to those positions, she was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Managing Director, Diversified Industries at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc., among other roles. Ms. Shan earned an MBA from Johnson at Cornell University and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and School of Applied Science and Engineering. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors of EPAM Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services and of Cornell University Johnson School Advisory Council.
