Marcy DeMassa is a seasoned Agile coach and leader with extensive experience in driving Agile transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as VP and Associate Director of Agile Coaches at FactSet, Marcy mentors and coaches individuals and teams, leveraging a strong understanding of Agile-Lean principles to implement sustainable practices. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Prudential Financial and Agile Coach/Product Manager at XL Catlin, where Marcy played a key role in developing scaled Agile programs and training initiatives. Additionally, Marcy has held project management and leadership positions at ABC-CLIO, Greenwood Publishing Group, and Reader's Digest, showcasing a robust background in project development and digital strategy. Marcy is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University, complementing an educational foundation in Drama and Theatre Arts from Ithaca College.
