Rachel Lu

Rachel Lu is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in product management and data science. Currently a Senior Product Analytics Manager at FactSet, Rachel has developed product analytics capabilities, established KPIs, and implemented machine learning algorithms to improve user engagement and product effectiveness. Prior to FactSet, Rachel held several roles at Mercer, including Senior Associate in Technical Product Management/Data Scientist, where efforts included driving product roadmaps for predictive algorithms and designing interactive tools for analytics. Rachel began the career as an actuarial intern at MetLife and has a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
