Richa Sahu

Richa Sahu has over three years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at Factspan since December 2020, where roles have included Human Resources Executive and Executive Recruitment. Prior experience includes an internship at the Social Audit Unit, Department of Rural Development, Jharkhand, focused on recruitment processes and HR policy drafting. Additionally, Richa completed a brief internship at SAIL-MTI, conducting a study on post-superannuation engagement of employees. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi.
