Josep Laborda

Josep Laborda is a seasoned professional in the field of smart mobility and intelligent transport systems, currently serving as CEO and Managing Partner at FACTUAL since October 2019. In addition to this role, Josep Laborda is an Associated Expert on Smart Mobility, MaaS, and Intelligent Transport Systems at CITIES FORUM and an Independent Expert project reviewer for the European Commission. As a lecturer at UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), Josep Laborda imparts knowledge on "Mobility as a Service" in the Smart Mobility postgraduate course.
