Tadeu Penina

Tadeu Penina is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in higher education and consulting. Since April 2011, Tadeu has served as the CEO of Multivix, following a tenure as Diretor at Escola Superior de Ensino Anísio Teixeira from May 2010 to March 2011 and at Faculdade Norte Capixaba de São Mateus from 2008 to 2010, as well as at Faculdade Capixaba de Nova Venécia from 1999 to 2010. Tadeu has also worked as a university professor and course coordinator, and as a technical consultant at Sebrae from 1997 to 1999, specializing in planning and project development. Earlier experience includes serving as an advisor in the Cabinet of the Government of the State of Espírito Santo from 1993 to 1994. Tadeu's academic credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from FGV, a postgraduate specialization in Strategic Administration from Ufes, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC, and a Bachelor's in Administration from Ufes.
