Dra. Jenifer Alfaro Borges

Dra. Jenifer Alfaro Borges is an accomplished legal scholar and practitioner with extensive experience in commercial law and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Professor at the Facultad de Derecho - Universidad de la República and the FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración, Dra. Alfaro Borges has held various academic titles since 2010. In addition to academic roles, Dra. Alfaro Borges is the President of the Asociación de Escribanos del Uruguay and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Dra. Alfaro Borges has also contributed to several international legal organizations, including the Union Internationale des Avocats. With a Doctorate in Law from Universidad de la República and multiple specialized degrees, Dra. Alfaro Borges has a solid foundation in various legal disciplines, including environmental law, intellectual property, and arbitration.
