Gabriela Silva Alfaro

Gabriela Silva Alfaro is a clinical and labor psychologist with extensive experience in human resources and forensic psychology. Since February 1998, Gabriela has been associated with the Facultad de Psicología at Universidad de la República, specializing in clinical practice and labor psychology. In 2010, Gabriela founded a consultancy focusing on human resources, recruitment, and coaching. Gabriela also serves as a forensic psychologist for the Poder Judicial de la República Oriental del Uruguay since 2004 and is involved in the INEFOP project as a registered provider. Prior roles include Head of HR at NUVÓ A Tupperware Brand, where Gabriela designed and implemented HR strategies, and teaching personal selection for the Técnico en RRHH program at BIOS Empresarial. Gabriela holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de la República and has completed additional training in forensic psychology and negotiation.
