Jason Ellar

Jason Ellar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and project management. Since February 2022, Jason has served as the Strategy & Operations Lead in the Office of the CEO at Faculty, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Manager of the Performance Team. Prior to this, from August 2018 to March 2022, Jason worked at The Behavioural Insights Team as a Commercial Business Partner & Project Manager and as a Project Coordinator across various teams. Additional experience includes a role as Promotions Manager at The Columbo Group and as Promotions Assistant at The Clapham Grand. Jason began a political career as a Ward Councillor for the London Borough of Hounslow from May 2010 to May 2014. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Politics from the University of Oxford, completed in 2014.
