Guilherme Mussi has extensive work experience in the technology industry, spanning various roles and responsibilities. Guilherme is currently the Head of Software Engineering at Faculty Group, where they lead software development projects and manages a team. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Technology Director Digital Innovation at Symrise AG, formulating digital initiatives for the company's Scent & Care division. Before that, Guilherme co-founded SMP GmbH, a company focused on smart home devices, and served as the Director of Software Development. Guilherme also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at CCSYS GmbH and Eckert & Caine GmbH, overseeing technology aspects and leading development teams. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineer at POSSIBLE, where they gained experience in front-end and back-end development. Guilherme's work experience also includes roles as a Technology Researcher at Universidade Católica de Pelotas and a Java Junior Programmer at Esteves & Salvador LTDA.
Guilherme Mussi attended Universidade Católica de Pelotas from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree. In 2020, they briefly studied Digital Transformation: From IOT and Big Data to Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, CyberSecurity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Guilherme has also obtained several certifications from different institutions, including Amazon Web Services, Scrum Alliance, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems.
